In ancient Greek, the word euangelion, which we translate as “gospel,” literally means “good news.” But in a world that brings us an endless stream of “bad news,” sometimes even done in the name of Christ, what makes the news of the gospel actually good? In this three-week mini-series, we will explore the holistic nature of the gospel: what is the news, what makes it good, and how God invites us to be part of his reconciliation of all things in Christ.
